- office management
- facilities and it maintenance and repair requests
- manage local suppliers (office supplies, vending machine, etc.)
- support to visitors
- shuttle logistics
- meals and space assignment
- preparation and logistic support for workshops
- manage tjdc's internal communications
- interface/collaboration with plant admins
- planning and coordination of team events (celebrations, team-building events, etc.)
- office design/layout and branding projects
- coordination of social responsibility/community support activities
- etc.
