Tasks
is responsible to coordinate efforts to improve quality process according the company goals and follow up customer complains to get them translated on improvements on the manufacturing system.
*prepare in new products introduction*:
- fmea's.
- procedures for traceability system.
- failures and defects codes.
- final test procedure.
- ...follow up to introduction of new product launch checklist.
- implementation & release of safe launch procedure.
- define and follow up to documentation of special characteristics on control plan, pfmea, work instructions, etc.
- ...participate on creation of flow chart.
- involve on product and process capability study review (cpk, gr&r, strain gage, etc) implementation of corrective actions (if is necessary).
- perform a pre-build line audit and follow up to close pending actions (line/product release audit).
- ...involve on new parts qualification.
- follow up to open cars (corrective action request).
- ...analyze statistical data to promote corrective actions.
- report and follow up issues with defective material.
- get involved in internal y external audits (ts-*).
- coordinate 8d teams.
- ...follow up, along with the quality supervisors, to all corrective actions to ensure they were effective to eliminate the cause of the non-conformances.
- participate in the daily lot release process to verify that only product approved by quality is shipped to customers.
- ensure prompt disposition is provided when a discrepant product is identified in the process.
- follow up, along with the quality engineers, to complete and follow up all items above.
- coordinate efforts with the in-process auditors team and the in-process auditor team supervisors.
- follow up and improve quality to achieve goals (ppm gross, ppm net, launch quality).
- assure on time response to customer complaints and document 8ds in cqts.
*qualifications*:
- industrial or electronic eng.

*professional experience*: good knowledge of the problem solving techniques ( 8d).
knowledge in statistical concepts.
understanding of quality tools.
automotive customers experience, iatf*.
