We are looking for a professional with strong financial expertise and operational knowledge to act as a strategic partner for the Operations area. This position will be responsible for aligning financial strategies with business objectives, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting sustainable growth across the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies that support operational objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
Collaborate with operations, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
Present financial results to leadership, providing strategic recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Postgraduate studies desirable in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational finance, cost management, supply chain finance, FP&A;, or financial analysis applied to processes.
Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced English (required)
Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (desirable).
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and strategically.
