Requirements:
- education: finished high school or truncated degree (students are accepted)
- minimum experience of 6 months in call center operations, telephone service (used to working with metrics)
- abilities:
- conversational english
- effective communication.
- verbal and written fluency
- service attitude
- ability to capture information.
- availability to work from monday to sunday (1 day off for 6 days, weekday rest)
activities:
make payment promises for defaulter customers in the usa.
capture information received from the client (date of payment, where you would go to make the payment, additional customer comments.
base salary $6,000 pesos per month + $1050 hr bonus (punctuality, attendance and perseverance), $5,400 productivity bonus (not capped)
