essential functions: ensures ecommerce's customer service activity runs efficiently and effectively.
responds to the concerns and inquiries of incoming customers regarding the status of orders, changes, delivery times, through a service platform.
processing orders by helping our customers and business clients with their purchases offering product information, resolving shipping concerns, and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.
balancing multiple chats, platforms.
on the phone engaging in thoughtful conversations with customers while enhancing the customer experience.
balancing multiple priorities and using good judgment to manage time.
maintains awareness towards product education, to better assist customers be well-organized and have a creative mindset that helps problem-solve and come up with unique solutions to issues.
collaborate internally with other departments to facilitate a positive client order experience and resolve any issues with orders and returns.
work with our account manager to escalate and resolve recurring client issues and client pain points.
promote the voice of the customer internally, and pass feedback along that helps prevent and resolve customer issues with the platform.
experiência y requisitos

prior experience & education: 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar positions required experience using salesforce crm min.
2 yrs.
completed bachelor's degree in business, logistics, admin.
required knowledge & skills: conversational english proficient in excel, google sheets knowledge and experience working with other crm minimum 2 yrs.
computer skills (knowledgeable in using shortcuts, troubleshooting) ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize.
strong attention to detail.
strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
strong conflict skills.
ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
knowledge and experience working with whatsapp business, trengo platforms min.
