We are seeking an experienced and results-driven *sales and marketing manager* to lead our client acquisition efforts for a growing *bankruptcy law firm*.
this position is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, overseeing the sales process, and directly managing the sales/intake team to ensure consistent client growth and high conversion rates.
*key responsibilities*
*marketing strategy & campaign management*
- design and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies to promote immigration and bankruptcy services.
- manage and optimize campaigns through *hubspot*, *google ads*, and *facebook ads manager*.
- monitor and optimize campaign performance (cpc, ctr, cpl, conversion rates, etc.).
- analyze and report on marketing kpis and adjust strategy based on performance.
*sales team leadership*
- lead, mentor, and manage the sales/intake team (e.g., client intake specialists, inside sales reps).
- develop and implement sales scripts, objection-handling guides, and consultative sales techniques tailored to legal clients.
- track sales performance metrics (conversion rate, call quality, speed to lead, etc.).
- conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to improve team productivity.
- ensure timely follow-up on all leads and alignment with marketing efforts.
*lead generation & funnel management*
- build and maintain a high-performing sales funnel using *hubspot crm*.
- implement and optimize lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and sales automations.
- identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and propose solutions.
- collaborate with attorneys and intake staff to improve client onboarding experience.
*brand and online presence*
- maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all digital platforms.
- manage firm presence on *google business*, *facebook*, and other review and lead gen sites.
- monitor social media and online reputation, responding to reviews and messages as needed.
*required qualifications*
- 3+ years experience in *sales and marketing*, preferably in legal, healthcare, or professional services.
- 1+ year of experience managing a *sales or intake team*.
- proficient in *hubspot crm*, *facebook ads*, and *google ads*.
- data-driven with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing roi.
- strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*preferred qualifications*
- experience in *bankruptcy law* is a strong plus.
- knowledge of compliance in legal marketing and advertising.
