On Target Compensation: $2,250 (this includes base pay, incentives, and commissions tied to performance and goal achievement)

About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for promptly engaging with and qualifying new leads generated through our marketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality sales appointments for our Account Executives, effectively initiating the sales cycle and contributing directly to our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Engagement: Promptly respond to and engage with inbound leads generated through various marketing channels (website inquiries, WhatsApp, phone, live chat, form submissions, etc.).
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification calls/communications to understand prospect needs, challenges, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT criteria), ensuring they align with our adecuado customer profile.
- Relationship Nurturing: Build initial rapport and trust with prospects, serving as a knowledgeable and helpful first point of contact.
- Lead Nurturing: Strategically follow up with and provide relevant content to leads who are not yet ready for an immediate appointment, keeping them engaged and moving them closer to a sales‑ready stage.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives, providing them with comprehensive handover notes.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all lead information, communication activities, and qualification details in our CRM.
- Messaging Refinement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality and optimize messaging for inbound inquiries.
- Market Intelligence: Collect valuable insights from inbound interactions regarding customer pain points, market trends, and competitive activities to inform broader sales and marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads, appointments set, and conversion rates from inbound sources.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in an inbound sales, sales development, or lead qualification role, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proven track record of effectively qualifying leads and scheduling appointments, engaging with customers, and achieving sales targets.
- Advanced level of Spanish and English.
