*responsibilities*:
- *develop sales collateral*: working with the design team coordinate the creation of videos, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and product sheets to arm the sales team.
- * time-limited offers*: develop two time-sensitive offers per month for the sales and success teams, complete with communication templates.
- * training*: facilitate 1-2 monthly trainings for the sales team on product updates and marketing resources.
- * webinars*: host 1-2 webinars per month for prospects and customers, involving the sales team and sharing key insights.
- * trade shows*: schedule and administer trade show activities, from booth setup to lead capture.
- * market research*: analyze competitors and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- * content creation*: leveraging ai, develop blog posts, articles, and social media content that align with sales objectives.
- * cross-functional collaboration*: work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales enablement initiatives.
- * performance metrics*: track and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement activities and materials.

*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- fluent in english at a working business level, spoken and written
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing.
- strong communication and presentation skills.
- proficiency in crm and marketing automation tools.
- knowledge of seo and web traffic metrics.
- working knowledge of google analytics.
- experience using chatgpt and other ai tools for marketing.
