purpose of the job
this role focuses on transforming brand strategy into strong in-market performance through superior product experience, availability, visibility, promotions, and activation. The role balances strategic thinking.
scope of responsibility
* full ownership
o (offer great taste & quality snacks)
o (ensure right pack & price)
o (optimize activations & promotions)
o (maximize availability of focus skus)
o (amplify visibility & experience)
* translate brand strategy into actionable in-market plans across channels.
* lead cross-functional execution with commercial, supply chain, finance, and agencies.
* drive commercial performance: distribution, velocity, promotions, and net sales.
key responsibilities
* lead pack, price, and format strategy to improve penetration and repeat.
* own promotional and activation strategy across self-service, proximity, and traditional trade.
* drive availability of focus skus through strong collaboration with sales.
* ensure best-in-class in-store visibility and execution standards.
* track and optimize performance kpis (nd, wd, velocity, sales growth).
* lead agencies and external partners for flawless execution.
* develop and coach associate brand manager(s) assigned to executional streams.

* proven experience leading in-market execution, promotions, portfolio management and cross-functional teams.
