You will report directly to our Sub-Region Director, and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a Remote work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company significantly. By effectively leading and managing a team of sales representatives, you will drive revenue and orders growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen customer relationships. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue and orders growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channels, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue and orders growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in sales management software.
