key responsibilities
* partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and data needs
* lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for analytics initiatives
* translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
* own projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
* collaborate closely with qlik developers and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
* review dashboards and analytics outputs for accuracy, usability, and business relevance
* support user acceptance testing and adoption of analytics solutions
* drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for better insights and reporting
* act as a trusted advisor to business partners throughout the analytics lifecycle
requirements required qualifications
* strong experience as a senior business analyst in data, analytics, or reporting environments
* proven ability to lead projects and drive initiatives to completion
* strong business and stakeholder management skills
* experience working with qlik dashboards and analytics (hands‐on usage or requirement definition)
* ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
* excellent communication and documentation skills
* comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
preferred qualifications
* background in finance, operations, or business analytics
* experience working with data platforms such as snowflake (conceptual understanding)
* experience collaborating with bi developers and data engineers
* familiarity with other bi tools (tableau, power bi) in addition to qlik
