Responsibilities
develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Manage and optimize digital platforms, listings, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and logistics to align e-commerce with brand goals.
Lead digital marketing campaigns (seo, sem, social, email) and channel promotions to boost traffic and conversion.
Track key metrics, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
5+ years in e-commerce sales/account management, preferably within the cpg or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (amazon, shopify, mercado libre), digital sales processes, online merchandising, and performance metrics (cr, aov, roas, cac, clv). Skilled in managing product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and fulfillment processes to maximize growth and profitability.
Fully bilingual.
