Finality: manage customer and/or supplier order portfolios and supervise customer deliveries.
main missions
1. manage shipments
1. oversee the proper execution of shipments.
2. liaise with customers and give advance notification of any anomalies.
3. ensure coherence of the order book. If anomalies are detected, notify a senior manager.
4. analyse late deliveries weekly.
5. publish results every day, at the end of each week and at the end of each month.
6. occasionally print out shipment preparation lists to give to the store keeper.
7. manage stock by checking the various indices during modifications.
8. order suitable transportation means.
9. update the customer closure calendar daily.
10. inform the logistics department or the customer in the event of a non-compliance with production commitments, if there is a risk of delivery interruption.
2. manage delivery calls
1. check that e.d.is are correctly integrated.
2. retrieve requests from the web.
3. input requests that are not in e.d.i.
4. ensure that the order book is kept up-to-date.

1. help to create logistics department instruction sheets/procedures.
2. report to the logistics manager.
3. analyse causes and decide on suitable means and methods required to complete assigned missions.
4. manage logistic customers claims on customer web portal
