we are seeking a skilled regional marketing strategist to lead our latam marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
key responsibilities:
* manage press relations activities, pr agencies, and partnerships as well as influencer engagement.
* coordinate fiscal and legal processes to ensure smooth sample transits for celebrities, influencers, pr, or sponsoring requests.
* identify local market gaps and needs, co-developing targeted activations to meet these requirements.
* brief and manage the output of local agencies, including media, pr, influencer content, and social media partners.
* monitor performance monthly through pre-defined kpis and ensure contractual requirements are met.
* provide actionable feedback on necessary adjustments.
* ensure consistency in execution of digital media plans, social media plans, e-com activation supports.
* develop clear guidelines and monitor compliance to maintain brand consistency across online shops and multichannel accounts.
* support performance marketing initiatives coordinated by third parties, such as seo and other digital investments.
* interpret results of social media & digital marketing efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
* monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (roi and kpis).
* align with other marketing functions to ensure consistency in marketing activities across all touchpoints.
