develops and implements service delivery strategy in alignment with plants, transport competency center business goals; lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional service delivery team to ensure the highest standards of performance.
continuously evaluate and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve internal customer satisfaction.
core skills
proficiency in erp systems, familiarity with process automation tools, and knowledge of quality control systems.
proficiency in forecasting models, expertise in logistics analytics tools.
expertise in financial analysis software, familiarity with budgeting platforms, and advanced reporting tools.
problem-solving, leadership, operational knowledge, and strong communication skills.

education
degree in operations management or engineering, with hands-on experience in industrial settings.

8-10 years of experience in automotive and/or transportation management.
