We are building a high-performance sales team in mexico and are hiring disciplined, commission-driven closers who expect to be paid based on results.
This is not an entry-level role. This is a performance seat inside a scaling u.s. company.

performance standards
you are expected to operate at professional sales levels.
Base salary is reserved for professionals who meet performance standards (meet 2 of 3 kpis).
Performance is evaluated on both activity and revenue — results matter most.
Underperformance results in a 30-day performance improvement plan before separation.
