Marketing manager / creative lead (bilingual)
pro psychological analysis (ppa) is currently recruiting for a marketing manager / creative lead to join a fast-paced, performance-driven environment serving spanish-speaking communities across the united states.
this is not a traditional marketing role.
we are looking for a hands-on operator with a proven track record of building and executing successful campaigns targeting spanish-speaking audiences in the u.s. — someone who can take full ownership of marketing performance, manage meaningful advertising budgets, and produce high-quality content independently.

what this role involves
full ownership of marketing campaigns from concept through launch, optimization, and scaling
managing and optimizing paid campaigns on meta platforms (facebook and instagram)
working with significant advertising budgets and being directly accountable for performance
producing video content independently, including filming, directing, and editing
creating multiple content variations each week designed to generate leads
continuously testing and improving campaigns based on data
actively using ai tools to improve speed, efficiency, and output
directing professionals or clients on camera and managing shoots independently
required experience
fully bilingual in english and spanish
proven track record of b2c marketing targeting spanish-speaking audiences in the united states
demonstrated responsibility for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on meta
experience managing substantial advertising budgets and delivering measurable results
strong video production capability (filming, directing, editing)
experience developing campaigns from start to finish
comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
portfolio demonstrating real campaigns with measurable outcomes
compensation
starting salary: 80,000 mxn net per month
performance-based incentives tied to measurable results
