you will act as the center of control, providing support to ensure smooth operations, including managing budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, and handling calls and emails.

how you will contribute

* provide administrative support and build effective relationships with those you support
* assist with budget, expenses, and purchasing processes
* answer calls and emails, responding appropriately to queries and requests
* manage archiving and filing in line with statutory and company policies
* complete reports and maintain systems and data
* undertake additional projects and tasks as needed
* coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, and training

what you will bring

* experience in administrative and support roles
* strong customer service orientation
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* proficiency in office tools (excel, word, powerpoint)
* attention to detail, proactive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
* teamwork skills and ability to anticipate needs

additional responsibilities (in spanish):

* administración de actividades de repacking y soporte en la documentación y seguimiento de órdenes.
* control del almacén, incluyendo inventarios, mermas y aplicación de peps.
* supervisión de personal a cargo y coordinación con áreas internas (almacén, producción, calidad, planeación).
* revisión y seguimiento de incidencias en recibo, embarque y recepciones de materiales.
* gestión de rechazos a planta y acciones correctivas.
* elaboración de reportes y soporte en iniciativas de mejora continua.
* cumplimiento de políticas de calidad, seguridad e higiene.

education:

* ingeniería industrial, licenciatura en administración de empresas o afín.

experience:

* at least 1 year of experience in warehouse procedures and transactions.

language:

* basic english

tools:

* sap (preferred)
* intermediate excel

work mode:

* on-site with rotating shifts weekly
* monday-saturday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
* sunday-friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

location:

* centro de distribución lerma park, estado de méxico
