Measurement, follow up, countermeasures of labor relations related kpi's (absenteism, turnover, etc...) Perform gemba walks to improve employees' working conditions. Manage company-union relationship. Promote a healthy and positive relationship between the union and the company. Define the strategy for a successful collective bargain agreement negotiation. Collaborate team's business plan & strategy. Report on labor and legal issues to executives. Implement countermeasures from employees' survey results. Collaborate with legal team and attorneys regarding the company's labor processes.minimum requirements: - bachelor's degree on industrial relations (or equivalent). - 5 years of experience working on labor relations and cba within the automotive industry. - deep knowledge on mexican labor law. - conversational/advanced english level (desired).skills/abilities: - project management. - information presentation to executives. - conflict resolution, communication and negotiation skills. - self-management - management of complex situation, skill to prioritize. - ability to think and act strategically. - advanced microsoft office skills (excel, outlook, power point, word, etc...)interested?
