we are excited to announce an opening for the position of plant product controller at our toluca plant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated finance professional to contribute to our dynamic team and play a key role in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
key responsibilities:
* oversee and manage all financial aspects of the value stream, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, logistics, etc) to ensure accurate product costing strategies.
* prepare and present financial reports to plant management and other stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
* ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
* support continuous improvement initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
* assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize plant performance.
qualifications
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; mba or cpa is a plus.
* minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* proficiency in financial software and microsoft excel; experience with erp systems is a plus.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
