as the inventory coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the internal flow of parts, from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics fundamentals, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions such as quality, production, and engineering to guarantee the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.
key responsibilities:
* monitor production declarations and transfers in mii to ensure accuracy and prevent inventory discrepancies across warehouses
* verify that physical inventories in the plant and consignment materials with suppliers match sap records
* follow up on consigned monoliths in the plant to ensure reliability of stock
* monitor negative balances in sap and review daily error reports
* ensure proper administration and control of monoliths in the plant, including scrap monoliths that must be sent for refining to recover precious metals
* coordinate and analyze cycle counts of all productive components according to schedule, adjusting approved differences in sap
* authorize and adjust discrepancies in sap for crib materials (consumables) based on inventories and approved differences provided by the mro warehouse team in the plant
