* main responsibilities:
1. revenue growth: drive and surpass revenue targets for ms atm services.
2. pipeline development: build, qualify, and manage a robust commercial pipeline, ensuring seamless engagement with key stakeholders.
3. solution promotion: effectively promote our ms atm solution across banks, financial institutions, fintechs, retailers, and new institutional prospects.
4. sales cycles: lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles, fostering strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
subject matter expertise
a key aspect of this role is serving as the regional subject matter expert (sme) for atm managed services, financial institutions, retail atm deployments, atm outsourcing models, card schemes, and processing networks.
* sme responsibilities:
1. provide expertise on atm managed services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.
2. support country and market leaders in designing technical and commercial solutions that drive growth and success.
3. offer guidance on onboarding new clients into the ams platform, guaranteeing operational excellence.
organizational development & scaling
this position requires a strong focus on organizational development and scaling, encompassing several key areas:
* team structure: strengthen local ams capabilities by establishing scalable team structures that foster growth and success.
* talent development: develop talent within the 3-hunter team, elevating consultative and solution-selling maturity.
* liaison role: act as the liaison between customers and cross-functional areas: operations, technology, cash management, finance, legal, security, and corporate teams.
* strategic planning: support the development of business plans and long-term expansion strategies that align with our organization's vision.
