the ecommerce operations specialist will work to support and address the high volume of needs in the print on demand
they will work to complete a variety of tasks which support the smooth operations of the ecommerce product uploading
team and the account managers for our pod business.
*duties (including but not limited to)*:
- supports day-to-day needs for ecommerce channels.
- input products into ecommerce platforms and maintain the integrity of listings.
- collect, input, and verify the integrity of data in master catalogs, product uploads, and financial selling reports.
- create visual reports for top selling designs by account monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- build packages for ecommerce channels and verify correct statuses have been located.
- provide backup to other team members.
*required knowledge, skills &/or abilities*:
- working knowledge of microsoft office suite
- advanced skills in microsoft excel
- must be detail-oriented
- ability to build positive relationships internally.
- self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision.
- ability to work in high pace/high volume environment.
- maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks.
