role summary: we are seeking a results-driven and highly organized virtual assistant to join our insurance agency as a coordinator, focused exclusively on outbound appointment setting. This role is designed for someone with strong phone presence, the discipline to meet daily call targets, and the organizational skills to manage lead follow-up and crm updates in a fast-paced environment. You will not be responsible for closing insurance sales — your focus is generating and confirming qualified appointments for the sales team.
this role is part of our remote method framework, with a structured 60-day certification process to ensure operational independence.
key responsibilities:
* make 250 outbound calls daily to lukewarm leads — prospects who have previously requested information.
* set and confirm appointments for the sales team using pre-approved scripts.
* log all calls, notes, and appointment details in go high level crm.
* use dialer i.o for calling and integrate with crm for tracking.
* conduct linkedin outreach using dripify and manage related social media touchpoints.
* provide end-of-day reports detailing call volume, number of conversations, appointments set, social media activity, and dripify status updates.
* participate in twice-daily check-ins during the first two weeks (morning and end-of-day) for performance alignment and training.
* maintain strict adherence to insurance industry compliance and privacy standards.
* participate in 15-day and 45-day check-in meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
schedule & hours:
* monday – friday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm cst.
* saturday shifts may be added after the 60-day acclimation period.
* schedule aligns with multi-timezone calling strategy: east coast mornings and west coast afternoons.
required skills & qualifications:
* english proficiency: c2 or native level (written and spoken).
* proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, preferably in insurance or financial services.
* strong knowledge of crm usage (preferably go high level).
* familiarity with dialer i.o and linkedin automation tools (dripify) is preferred.
* ability to meet daily call quotas and maintain consistent performance.
* reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for calls.

onboarding & certification timeline:

* day 15: problem-solving and performance review.
* day 45: acclimation wrap-up and operational assessment.
* day 60: certification for full operational independence.
