what you’ll do
we’re looking for a territory sales executive to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in guadalajara. This role will be instrumental in expanding clara’s regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability. You’ll join our commercial team and be at the forefront of our mission to empower companies across mexico through smarter financial tools.
as a sales leader on the ground, you’ll manage the full cycle—from identifying prospects to closing high-impact deals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, replicate proven playbooks, and take full ownership of your territory’s success.

we’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
must haves
* 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in b2b environments
* proven experience in the financial, banking, or insurance industry
* experience managing pipelines and forecasts using crm tools (preferably hubspot)
* strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking
* working proficiency in spanish and english
* bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
* deep understanding of pipeline management and bant qualification
* strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
* familiarity with tools like apollo, lusha, linkedin sales navigator, or similar
* highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
nice to haves
* experience replicating sales best practices across regions or teams
* background working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., legal, product, finance)
* familiarity with salesloft or scrabin
* basic proficiency in portuguese or a desire to learn
