what you can look forward to as mechatronics instructor:
plan, prepare, and deliver practical learning content in mechatronics for the ihk dual training program.
integrate modern technologies and digital teaching methods into daily training activities.
monitor apprentices' progress and provide individual guidance and mentoring.
design and implement interdisciplinary projects to strengthen technical and social competencies.
organize and document administrative tasks related to vocational training.
actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the training center.
your profile as mechatronics instructor:
certified mechatronics technician (ahk), ideally with meister qualification or technical degree.
experience as a technical instructor; train the trainer certificate preferred.
strong ability to communicate and teach complex technical concepts.
independent, structured work approach with excellent teamwork skills.
english language proficiency at level b1.
