Job summary
the chief information systems maintenance professional is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of it systems.
* key responsibilities:
* install, configure, and maintain computer systems in a highly efficient and secure manner.
* provide expert hardware and software support for production equipment to minimize downtime.
* collaborate closely with the it coordinator on it-related activities.
* develop and implement robust security measures, including antivirus deployment, security patching, and installation of windows os according to industry standards.
* manage and support key tools and systems such as qip, bmc, active directory, ivanti, and acronis.
* maintain the highest level of cybersecurity across all managed devices and it systems, aligning with internal security policies.
* ensure accurate records of hardware inventories and proper asset management within the it scope.
