As we continue this journey, we are seeking an experienced support analyst to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be, providing 2nd level support on the global platform support architecture as well as oversee global it support tickets. Other responsibilities include providing training and manuals to local user administrators, keeping our sharepoint site up to date as well as supporting the product support manager with weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
*what you'll be doing*:
- primary contact point for the 2nd level support on the global platform support architecture
- in charge of the global it support tickets
- providing training materials and user manuals to local user administrators
- assist support manager preparing standard reports.
- helping on updating sharepoint / teams information
- report to the support manager on any support issues, risks, and changes.
- understand and evaluate any new wrike features.
- work with support manager to develop procedure and process recommendations.
- undertake some super-admin duties as defined by the global platform standard operating procedure.
- support, participate and partner with project teams to ensure the following is delivered across markets:
- policy alignment
- change and comms planning.
- knowledge transfer
- setting up training
- sop input and design
- business case tracking
*what you'll need*:
- bachelor's degree in information systems, technology, business management, or related degree; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- a proactive "can do" attitude and a willingness to be hands-on.
- a natural desire to share knowledge and teach others.
- the ability to work with teams from different time-zones and attend conference calls outside local office hours occasionally.
- have good interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
- experience in handling support requests
- willingness to learn.
- a good team member
- strong analytical skills
- proficient in ms office especially ms excel and ms powerpoint
- project management experience would be beneficial.
- attention to detail.
