*what you will do*:
as a procurement manager, he/she is expected to identify, research, evaluate and select suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing and reliability of supply.
*how you will do it*:
- assists with the management of the procurement organization including strategic sourcing, procurement operations.
- may work with senior leadership and across functional teams in pursuit of sustainable best in class strategic sourcing practices
- assists in identification of potential suppliers and evaluates existing suppliers in order to ensure optimal supplier network
- develops best practice processes for sourcing and supplier spend analysis.
- assist with maintenance and continuous improvement of supplier performance measurement processes and procurement processes
- assist in managing tactical buyers supporting the procurement of materials & products for the businesses
- assist in management of key supplier relationships in line with the business strategies and maintain a credible reputation in the marketplace
- investigate and correct supply problems to minimize impact on product delivery
- review economies of purchases to reduce cost and improve quality and delivery time
- manages the erp purchasing modules for the business
- ensure the compliance of internal / external policy and/or requirement
*what we look for*:
- bachelor’s degree in any related field, engineering is preferred
- 5-8 years experience in procurement, supply chain or any related experience
- good interpersonal skill and good connection with people for both internal and external
- good communication & negotiation skill
- has good written and oral communication skills
- good computer literacy (ms office, erp system procurement)
