* deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems
* monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation
* troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutions
* conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime
* maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers
* collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery

minimum qualifications:
* high school diplom a or equivalent
* position requires a current and valid drivers license with no restrictions
* experience in a technical service role ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments

* position requires working in confined spaces and extreme conditions (hot cold damp dusty)
* position requires lifting kneel ing crouch ing reach ing and stand ing for extended periods
preferred qualifications:
* associates degree in chemistry mechanical systems or related field
* hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment
* experience with boilers cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems
* knowledge of mechanical electrical and pumping systems
* proficiency with microsoft office suite
