we are looking for an experienced quality management system leader to join our automotive team and ensure compliance, robustness, and continuous improvement of our quality management system under iatf 16949 and iso 9001 standards.
main responsibilities
manage and maintain the qms in accordance with automotive standards.
plan and execute internal audits (process, product, supplier, and system).
ensure effective closure of non-conformities from internal, external, and customer audits.
control qms documentation, version control, and traceability.
monitor kpis and drive process improvements.
lead management reviews and risk analysis.
support certification and customer audits.
promote a strong continuous improvement and compliance culture.
actively participate in multidisciplinary teams.
key kpis
audit plan compliance (internal, customer, supplier).
number of external audit non-conformities.
average nc closure time.
document compliance level.
requirements
bachelor's degree in engineering.
5+ years of experience in quality management systems.
advanced / expert english level (c1 – verifiable).
experience in highly auditable environments.
mandatory technical skills (evidence required)
iatf 16949 | csr | 8d | 5 why | sap | lead auditor | internal auditor | vda 6.3 | apqp | ppap | control plan | fmea (amef) | spc | msa
oem requirements knowledge: volkswagen, gm, ford
