Sap basis consultant role overview
as a seasoned sap basis consultant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of sap systems. This encompasses setting up and configuring uc4 job scheduling for sap as well as resolving any issues that arise.
core responsibilities
* administer sap basis for various sap modules including s/4hana, bw/4hana, scm, crm, and solution manager.
* perform system refreshes, backups, and restores in diverse databases.
* set up and configure uc4 job scheduling for sap.
* troubleshoot issues with job failures, process chains, maintenance, and restart of uc4 systems.
essential qualifications
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in it or a related field.
* at least 5-7 years of experience working with sap ecc.
* at least 3 years of experience with sap hana.
desirable qualifications
* experience with administration and upgrade of opentext archive server.
* familiarity with sap btp, fiori, and cloud components.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
