We are looking for a dynamic and proactive it recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, building strong pipelines of talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology recruitment and eager to grow their career in talent acquisition.
key responsibilities:
-manage full-cycle recruitment for it and technical roles (software developers, data engineers, devops, cloud specialists, etc.).
-use sourcing strategies such as linkedin recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and networking to identify and engage top tech talent.
-conduct candidate screening calls to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
coordinate interview processes, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
requirements:
-2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment
-experience recruiting for various it roles (developers, qa, infrastructure, cloud, data, etc.).
-hands-on experience with sourcing tools (linkedin recruiter, job boards, ats platforms).
-strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
-english proficiency (b2/c1 level).
