about the role -
the service analyst will play a key role in processing customer orders and resolving issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements while supporting the customer service team.
responsibilities -
accurately and efficiently process customer orders, returns, and credits assist in resolving customer issues through internal channels review daily order reports, addressing any discrepancies to ensure compliance with customer service level agreements ensure adherence to company policies and procedures support the customer service team with administrative tasks
required skills -
bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 1 year of experience in administrative processes / customer service (interaction with u.s. citizens) proficiency in english: verbal and written communication (mandatory) knowledge of crm systems (sap/c) is a plus proficiency in excel schedule flexibility
preferred skills -
highly desired skill: possess dynamic communication skills in english (french is a plus) via email, phone, and virtual meetings ability to work in a team-oriented environment self-directed, with high energy and an enthusiastic attitude strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, and prioritization skills basic knowledge of the industry, products, and markets is an advantage analytical thinking skills to break down and solve both simple and complex problems
