We are looking for a web marketing specialist (web marketing) to join our team to help with new website client onboarding. This position will work with legal professionals and law firm clients through the build-out of their websites and going over the best practices for their success.

Job requirements

bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, information systems, or related field.
Advanced english proficiency, verbal and written (c1/c2 level or equivalent)
previous experience in a client services role (e.g., call center) is a plus.
Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in office/productivity suites (e.g., google workspace)
knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet challenging deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office while constantly maintaining a friendly and positive can-do attitude.

Bonus points

knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
Previous experience in a client services role (e.g., customer support, account management) is a plus.
Previous experience managing an online presence for a business (e.g., managing social media for a brand, updating website content, or handling online business listings) is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to leverage ai tools for workflow optimization.
Familiarity with seo fundamentals and best practices.
Previous experience with crm or help desk systems.

Job responsibilities

be the primary point of contact for new clients, managing the relationship to ensure top-level support and client satisfaction.
Handle client onboarding.
Professionally manage all client support communications via email.
Provide website cms (or platform) training to new clients.
Review website content during the build and provide suggestions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are completed accurately and in a timely fashion thus driving client satisfaction.
