*what you'll do?*
- oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and motivated regarding organizational initiatives, business strategy, vision, mission, and future roadmap. Foster platforms to drive employee engagement.
- manage the corporate intranet, "talent," support campaigns, and coordinate events such as open houses and webcasts.
- identify and shape key messages, build communication strategies, and determine appropriate channels, mediums, and communication frequency based on campaign objectives. Support bcm communications.

- lead the public relations team to position capgemini as a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services within the media landscape.
- shape media perception of capgemini among key stakeholders and serve as the guardian of all external communications.
- implement effective communication strategies and tools to enhance capgemini's reputation in both local and social media. Maintain media relations, position thought leadership content, and oversee crisis communication efforts when necessary.
- drive brand awareness for capgemini by validating needs, defining campaigns, and deploying them across relevant channels, including print, tv, ott, social media, and other platforms.
- act as the custodian of brand guidelines, ensuring compliance in all brand-related materials.
