We are conducting a confidential search for a machine learning engineer to join an international, agile team focused on delivering data-driven solutions to industrial challenges.in this role, you will work with large-scale data — including sensor, telemetry, and manufacturing data — to support and improve decision-making across key operational areas. You will manage the lifecycle of machine learning models and contribute to the design and maintenance of data architecture at a plant level, collaborating closely with global data teams and local stakeholders.key responsibilities • monitor and evaluate machine learning models in production environments • optimize models and ensure continuous improvement • conduct data exploration and monitor data quality • facilitate communication between global teams and plant operationsrequired skills • solid knowledge of ml models and mlops practices • proficiency in python (oop, tdd), sql, git, and data visualization • experience with libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels • familiarity with ci/cd and containerization (docker) • strong communication and collaboration abilitiespreferred qualifications • experience with deep learning, apache spark, aws services, and kubernetes • previous work in agile environments and full ml lifecycle projectseducation & experience • master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field • phd is a plus • minimum 4 years of professional experience in python or similar languagesif you meet the profile and are looking for a role with real impact and international collaboration, we encourage you to apply.
