the role
we are seeking a fleet sdr manager to lead and scale our fleet-focused sales development team.
* lead the fleet sdr team responsible for generating and nurturing pipeline across sylectus and fleet smb product lines.
* own the full sales development process, from lead capture to opportunity creation, handoff, and influence on deal closure.
* drive pipeline growth by collaborating with marketing to execute integrated campaigns targeting smb fleets.
* monitor and report on funnel metrics (leads, mqls, sqls, saos, cws), and drive sdr accountability to monthly and quarterly kpis.
* partner closely with account executives and sales leadership to ensure lead quality and optimize handoff to close rates.
* leverage salesforce and solera's value-selling methodology to ensure high performance and visibility into sales activities.
* train and coach sdrs on prospecting strategy, objection handling, and qualification techniques.
* use data to inform strategy and continuously improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
* maintain consistent high-quality top-of-funnel experiences for customers and sales teams.
