Overviewthe quality supervisor will lead the efforts for process quality and customer quality. Monitors adherence to plant quality system and will be a driving force in reducing defects and customer returns. Additionally, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker able to quickly identify continuous improvement opportunities and work cross-functionally to implement them.
