Analysis of formulations and adaptation to manufacturing processes.
Evaluation of raw materials and analysis of technical specifications.
Evaluate and resolve technical problems in lerma of different
pharmaceutical products (liquid formulations) to provide solutions that meet requirements, costs, standards and gmps.
Manage, search, evaluate and carry out the technical selection for technology transfer and implementation of the manufacturing processes of liquid formulations in order to satisfy the need for innovation, expansion and growth of bhc product brands.
Technical evaluation and support in the implementation of new raw material suppliers to avoid the impact of liquid formulations that are out of specification, as well as reduce and optimize the cost of products.
Technical evaluation of suppliers of pharmaceutical products (liquid formulations), technical and pharmaceutical support in the implementation and manufacturing of products (liquid formulations); in order to comply with the quality, legal, regulatory, gmp and economic requirements and aspects, from the beginning to the end of the process.
Technical support for product reformulation (liquid formulations).
Manage activities such as optimizations, innovation of liquid formulations, operating parameters, equipment evaluation, etc.
in order to generate savings and support innovation.
Manufacturing of experimental batches and for stability.
Qualification, cleaning and operation of manufacturing equipment.
Application of preformulation and formulation studies.
Construction of a global network to share experience and information with technical groups.
Conduct technology transfer processes considering local and global regulations, complying with what is specified in internal procedures at bayer.
Collaborate and build high-performance multidisciplinary teams that consider each bayer department related to technology transfer.
