About the role
as a digital channel specialist (dcs), you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hotel clients. Your mission is to maximize direct channel sales by optimizing online marketing strategies, advising on digital trends, and ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
you'll play a key role in driving performance, loyalty, and innovation across your accounts.
key responsibilities:
* define and monitor sales and service targets for assigned clients.
* continuously assess account performance and implement action plans to optimize revenue through the direct channel.
* advise clients on digital marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, email marketing, sem investment, and loyalty programs.
* provide guidance on pricing and revenue management improvements for the direct channel.
* implement roiback's value-added products and ensure clients understand their benefits.
* coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently and accurately.
* maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, performance reviews, and on-site visits.
* act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

* fluent in english (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
