the position of senior service delivery manager involves managing the day-to-day operational aspects for one or more clients. The primary focus is to ensure that contracted service level agreements (slos) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
key responsibilities:
* manage client support requests, ensuring timely resolution and meeting contractual obligations.
* coordinate with consultants to manage tickets effectively and efficiently.
* triage incoming tickets to assign them to the appropriate consultant.
* maintain accurate records and update ticket status regularly.
requirements:
* minimum 7 years' experience in information technology fields with a focus on functional/business consulting services.
* minimum 3 years' experience in service or project management.
* bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus, or equivalent training experience.
* proven written and oral communications and presentation skills.
* demonstrated experience in working with technology-related external vendors or consulting contractors.
