Responsibilitiesbrand & market positioningdesign and deploy the brand positioning strategy for mexico, aligned with regional guidelinesstrengthen brand recognition and credibility in the mexican ecosystem (financial services, fintech, banking, technology).ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all local touchpoints.marketing & communication strategydefine and execute integrated marketing and communication plans (online and offline). Develop key messages and narratives adapted to the mexican market.own the local communications calendar, including launches, announcements, and milestones in the main press media mexicanevents & industry visibilityplan and manage participation in key industry events and forums.coordinate sponsorships, speaking opportunities, panels, and brand presence.maximize brand visibility and thought leadership through events.content & thought leadershiplead the creation of local marketing and communication assets: brochures, presentantions, case studies, press releases, and website content.support executive positioning through articles, interviews, and conference participation. Ensure high-quality storytelling aligned with brand and business context.digital & social mediamanage and execute local digital and social media presence, primarily linkedin.coordinate website localization and updates.monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement and visibility metrics.cross-functional & regional alignmentwork closely with leadership and internal teams in mexico.align local initiatives with regional and global marketing teams.coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required.measurement & reportingdefine and track kpis related to brand awareness, engagement, and visibility.prepare regular reports for leadership with insights and recommendations.continuously improve communication strategies based on results and feedback.required experience & skills8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management. Experience in b2b environments, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or technology. Strong background in brand deployment and communications strategy. Experience managing industry events and executive communications. Ability to work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
