about the role:
* lead and oversee the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for clients in the region.
* manage multiple client accounts, aligning delivery with client expectations and business goals.
* develop and implement processes to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
* build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client leadership.
* monitor kpis and ensure slas are met or exceeded.
about you:
* 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management.
* proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
* strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry standards across latam markets.
* excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* experience working with ats platforms, reporting tools, and hris systems.
requirements:
* fluency in english, spanish, and portuguese spoken and written.
