What you'll do?
as part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the health center, including management, program implementation, compliance and personnel. You will provide support and direct supervision to reporting staff, conduct medical examinations and manage disability and workers’ compensation cases. You will work in close collaboration with business partners to ensure strong integration with the business and be accountable for the site’s emergency response program. Additionally, you will support and promote wellness and wellbeing initiatives at the site. This position requires shift rotation.

required qualifications
* doctor of medicine (m.d.) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (d.o.) degree required
* board certification in a medical specialty required, preferably in occupational medicine. Board certification in emergency, internal or family medicine also acceptable
* valid medical license
* three to five years medical experience

* good social skills and ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment
* ability to communicate, motivate and inspire direct reports and others
* ability to lead change within work groups and departments
* demonstrates creative and critical thinking
* analytical and problem‑solving skills
* shifts involve rotation
