As a cloud service delivery lead, you will oversee the delivery of cloud services to our internal clients in americas zone. Your role is to ensure that the cloud solutions provided are meeting the service level agreements and are delivered on time and within budget.this role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services in aws and azure. It is important to possess a solid understanding of cloud security, network architecture, and virtualization technologies.your key responsibilities include working with the delivery teams and managed service providers, monitoring service performance, and coordinating with internal clients to identify any issues and resolve them promptly.
