As the Americas Gaming Category Manager for Xbox within CSO you will create the Americas Retail Strategy for Xbox Consoles, influencing future product plans and enabling partners by defining the category story, delivering regionally relevant insights, creating regional programs aligned to the business priorities, and setting/striving to achieve success metrics.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
- Americas Console Performance: Ownership of Budgeting Process for Consoles (partner target tracking, quarterly forecast achievements, monthly business reviews, and weekly performance reporting).
- Americas Console Metrics: Drive regional accountability across retail and direct channels for Console metrics, including revenue and inventory management.
- Demand Planning Alignment: Collaborate with partners in region and the Global Category Lead to ensure alignment on demand planning.
- Americas Retail Strategy for Consoles: Create a comprehensive regional retail strategy for Consoles that aligns with devices, services, content, and growth areas; develop fiscal year priorities to support marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns.
- Partner Pitch Meetings: Create regionally compelling partner pitch materials using WW Category Partner Pitch documentation.
- Market Dynamics Response: Drive efforts to correct errors (COE) in response to market dynamics.
- Driving Console Growth: Identify new growth opportunities and prioritize them; shape strategies for new and strategic sales, including partner selection, onboarding, and tracking results; support market expansion and launch of tests or trials.
- Console Insights: Leverage industry knowledge, channel insights, and customer understanding to drive strategic alignment and joint business objectives with partners and WW Category.
- Voice of the Partner: Share insights from in-store and online execution, customer and partner feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Required/Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 5+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations; OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 6+ years experience in related areas; business level English.
- Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations; experience planning and executing assortment plans, marketing strategies, and activities; strong leadership and relationship-building skills; track record in managing and transforming a consumer category while meeting sales and profitability targets; sharp analytical skills for budgets and market data.
