*about the associate account manager role*:
we are looking for a full-time associate account manager to support the client services team and sales team in meeting campaign objectives and provide a high level of customer service to clients.
*requirements*:
*responsibilities*:
- own operational processes for assigned accounts in their entirety (managing the kick-off call, campaign implementation, strategizing, reconciliation, performance optimization and evaluation)
- directly communicate with clients to determine goals, create parameters and set appropriate expectations and manage any issues to resolution
- participate in internal brainstorming sessions
- provide regular account updates, performance notes and consistent reporting to clients and internal sales staff
- work in tandem with trafficking & optimization teams to ensure campaigns are set up successfully and performing their best and meeting campaign objectives and kpi
- work with all internal departments on the development and implementation of campaigns
- monitor and report campaign performance to ensure delivery and billing
- present campaign results via excel and powerpoint presentations
*qualifications*:
- 1+ years of experience in digital account manager role at a digital publisher/digital network required
- bachelor's degree required
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- bilingual english/spanish
