this position is responsible for the accurate and efficient control of operational time & attendance processes across the organization. The role focuses on monitoring workforce attendance, generating insights through metrics and reporting, and identifying trends that support decision-making and labor cost control. The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing attendance operations has a solid background in operational workforce management processes and plays a key role in safeguarding legal compliance and operational efficiency. Job responsibilities
• collaborate with hr, operations, and payroll teams to support workforce management and compliance monitoring through reliable attendance data.
• implement and maintain monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure the correct application of attendance policies, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• generate detailed and periodic reports on attendance metrics (absenteeism, punctuality, overtime, etc.) for the different areas, facilitating trend analysis and informed decision making.
• track, validate, and escalate attendance-related incidents to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
• monitor and analyze attendance kpis and generate periodic reports to support operational visibility and issue resolution.
• serve as the main point of contact for time & attendance operational matters, representing local team needs and ensuring alignment with hr and business objectives.
• continuously review attendance processes to identify improvement opportunities and standardize best practices.
• maintain clear documentation of processes, controls, and reporting flows to ensure continuity and transparency.
• ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to attendance management. Qualifications and competencies
• bachelor's degree or similar education in hr or administration.
• at least 3 years of proven experience in time & attendance.
• proven team leadership ability.
• ability to work with highly skilled professionals
• above average planning, communication, problem solving and facilitation skills
• strong positive, service-oriented attitude
• ability to work under deadline pressure and straight commitment with financial and budget targets.
• strategic and analytical thinking, able to develop new concepts and contribute with new ideas to solve them quickly.
• experience with (hr) master data concepts.
• ensure hr operational processes and systems are meeting required standards in terms of internal business partner's satisfaction, legal and swissport requirements.
• desirable fluent in english, as the corporate language.
• dayforce hcm experience is a plus.
