your main responsibilities will be:support the clinical market on the operation of thermo fisher scientific/ion torrent next-generation sequencing product portfolio with a focus on oncology.provide scientific application support & training to our clinical customers,.
lead the implementation of assays, products, and clinical solutions within customer sites.effectively own and resolve blocking issues from customers through in-depth troubleshooting.support sales in the achievement of regional sales targets by delivering product line-specific pre- and post-sales customer support activities.nurture ties with essential thermo fisher scientific collaborating partners; develop and supervise relationships with pivotal decision-makers or potential influencers.keys to success:educationmsc and/or phd preferred (or equivalent experience in science) in molecular biology, bioinformatics, biotechnology, genetics, biomedical sciences, biology, life sciences, or similar.experiencehands-on experience with next-generation sequencing technology is required (which could also be focused on data analysis).
